The team at Session AI is proud to announce $28 million in Series C funding led by SignalFire, with participation from Norwest and other existing investors. This newest round of investment gives us the capital needed to push forward as we innovate the next phase of digital marketing: in-session.
What is in-session marketing?
In-session marketing is an emerging martech category that focuses on understanding micro-behaviors of all visitors on digital properties (websites and apps) to drive conversions.
As the first to market, Session AI is in a unique position to not only create the category but lead the way for a solution that’s soon to be a necessity for industry leaders across all our verticals.
With investment from our series C investors, Session AI will continue our mission to grow the new, emerging space of in-session marketing and define consumer engagement in an evolving privacy-first world. We’ll do this by allocating funds towards improving our already industry-setting platform, including new patents (7 and counting) and enhancements to our machine learning capabilities.
Of course, more headcount is needed to power our growth and Session AI will soon welcome new team members throughout our organization: sales, marketing, customer success, business development, data science, engineering, product, and general and administrative.
Growth is already underway, with goals set to be realized in both the long- and short-term. Over the next six months to a year, we at Session AI will:
- Establish ourselves as the pioneer of in-session marketing
- Grow our brand awareness through in-person and digital efforts
- Amplify how we solve for anonymous and drive ecommerce revenue
All this will be done to ensure that our platform builds upon its current success and evolves into the greatest marketing tool for you, our valued customers and business partners.
We thank our customers, partners, and exceptional team for helping us reach this new investment milestone. Together, we’ll continue to open new revenue paths for privacy-forward commerce.
